Why Molthoff Fleetmanagement was founded

Molthoff Fleetmanagement was founded in 2010 by Jeroen Molthoff, active in the world of car leasing, mobility and fleet management since 1998. The driving force behind that decision was a conviction: companies with fleets between 50 and 500 vehicles received too little specialised support, while facing significant challenges.

Often, someone handled fleet management next to their other duties. Focusing on that mid-market, Jeroen built a consultancy that operates fully independently and helps clients exactly the way they need. That approach now also serves the largest fleets in the Netherlands.

An independent mission

At Molthoff Fleetmanagement, independence comes first. The firm has no financial ties whatsoever to leasing companies, importers, dealers, insurers or other suppliers. And it deliberately does not offer operational fleet management: consultancy engagements stand on their own and are never a stepping stone to a follow-up service.

This is exactly what allows our advisors to guide clients truly objectively towards the best solutions, without conflicts of interest. Whether it concerns contract negotiations, Cost Recovery projects or strategic choices around electrification: we always act in the client's interest.
