Molthoff Fleetmanagement B.V. handles your personal data with care. This page explains which data we process, why, with which parties and for how long.
Which data do we process?
When you fill in the contact form, request a whitepaper or subscribe to publication updates, we process the data you provide: name, email address, phone number, organisation, fleet size and your message. In addition, only with your consent, we process anonymised usage statistics through analytics cookies. You can read more about this in our cookie policy.
What do we use this data for?
Exclusively to contact you about your request, to send you a requested whitepaper or to send you new publications. We do not sell your data and do not share it with third parties for commercial purposes.
On what legal basis?
To handle your request or subscription we rely on your consent and on our legitimate interest in responding to your request. We place analytics cookies only after you have given consent; you can withdraw that consent at any time.
Services and processors we use
To run the site and handle requests we use carefully selected parties: Resend (sending email), Vercel (hosting), Microsoft Clarity and Google Analytics (statistics, only after consent), Google reCAPTCHA (protecting the forms against abuse), Google Maps (map display), Calendly (scheduling an appointment online) and Sentry (error monitoring to detect outages). We have the legally required data processing agreements in place with these parties.
Transfers outside the European Union
Some of these services (such as Google, Microsoft and Calendly) may process data in the United States. Such transfers take place with appropriate safeguards, such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
How long do we keep your data?
We keep request and contact data for as long as needed to handle your question and afterwards for our records, and no longer than necessary. Subscriptions to publication updates are kept until you unsubscribe. The retention periods of the analytics cookies are listed in our cookie policy.
Access, correction or deletion
Would you like to know which data we hold about you, or have it corrected or deleted? Send an email to info@molthoff-fleetmanagement.nl and we will handle your request as soon as possible. If you disagree with how we handle your data, you can also lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
