What is fleetcompetence Group?

fleetcompetence Group is an independent international consulting network for fleet and mobility management, founded in 2011 and active across Europe, Asia-Pacific, Africa and the Americas. The network consists of more than 60 senior fleet experts, each with deep knowledge of their home market: local leasing companies, rates, taxation and regulation.

Like Molthoff Fleetmanagement, fleetcompetence is fully independent: no financial ties to leasing companies, importers or insurers. The network develops and implements economic, modern and sustainable fleet and mobility strategies, delivering measurable reductions in fleet costs and CO₂ emissions.

How do Molthoff and fleetcompetence work together?

Molthoff Fleetmanagement has been the exclusive Dutch partner of fleetcompetence Group since 2019. For you this means: you discuss your international challenge in the Netherlands, with the specialist you already know. Behind the scenes, we assemble the right expert team per country from the network.

In return, we bring international benchmarks, contract models and best practices from the network directly into our Dutch consulting practice. Even a purely Dutch fleet benefits from the knowledge of 60+ experts worldwide.

An international project follows the same approach as our Dutch projects, with the network as an extension:

  1. Step 1

    Free consultation in the Netherlands

  2. Step 2

The right expert team per country

We assemble the team per country from the fleetcompetence network: local experts who know the market, language and regulation. You keep a single point of contact in the Netherlands.

  3. Step 3

    Execution and safeguarding

Analysis, tender or implementation is executed per country and coordinated centrally. Results and reporting come together in one overview, so you can manage your international fleet on numbers.

Electrification strategy and reporting per country, consolidated into one group-wide view for management and ESG reporting.
